Pickup Truck ID'd As Vehicle In Westchester Hit-Run Injuring Pedestrian

Police are on the lookout for a Dodge Ram pickup truck in connection with a hit-and-run incident in Northern Westchester that left a man seriously injured.

The 49-year-old man was walking along the eastbound lane of School Street in Armonk, around 8:55 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 4, when they were struck by an unknown vehicle near Wampus Avenue, North Castle police said

The driver fled the scene of the crash without stopping, police said.

An investigation has found that the vehicle involved has been determined to be a 2013 to 2020 Dodge Ram pickup with towing mirrors, police said. The passenger side mirror would be damaged or missing parts, they added.

The victim remains at Westchester County Medical Center in stable condition, police said.
